TERMS OF SERVICE :

  • By commissioning me, you automatically accept my terms of service.

  • You must be 13 years old to commission me. You must also be at least 18 years old to commission art that is NSFW from me.

  • You can only use the commission for the discussed purpose, and can not be used otherwise.

  • Refunds are only allowed if I have yet to finish the sketch. Order cancelations are permitted at any time.

  • I keep the copyright to all my artwork. I reserve my right to post and advertise my commission work on my social media. If you would like to keep you commission private, you must pay a NDA (non-disclosure) fee.

  • I reserve my right to turn down any commission I do not feel comfortable with fulfilling for any given reason.

  • I do NOT consent to my artwork being sold, traced, edited, or heavily referenced without my consent, or fed to AI.

  • All commissions will contain my watermark. You are not allowed to remove my watermark unless you pay a watermark removal fee.

​I accept payment through:

-Vgen, Kofi, PayPal or Cashapp.

All payments are done in USD.

I will not start any commission until I am paid.​

COMMISSION PROCESS :

Here is the exact process of my commissions so you know exactly what you're in for.

  • Contact / Purchase
    First, you'll contact me or purchase from one of my commission sites.

​

  • Discuss
    Second, we'll discuss your commission in further detail. and I will be paid upfront.

​

  • Progress
    Once I finish the sketch I will forward it to you. We will confirm changes, then I will continue working till I am finished.

​

  • Completion
    I will send you the complete drawing to you over email in the file type of your choice.

: COMMERTIAL USE

  • My license covers the usage that earns money or promotes a product, brand or service, along with monetized content, such as streaming and videos.

  • You must state what kind of product my art will be on prior to the commission, and I will give you a written agreement.

  • I must be visibly credited on your business website where you use my art.

  • I reserve my right to revoke a license if I find that my art is being used in a way that goes against our agreement. Any unauthorized use or redistribution of the artwork outside the agreed terms will be considered a violation of copyright law and may result in formal action.

COMMERCIAL PRICE:

  • Monetized Content: 175%
    Creation and distribution of digital end products shared to commercial and monetized social and content platform accounts belonging to the Licensee

  • Merchandising: 250%
    (Also includes Monetized Content License)
    Creation and distribution of digital and physical content to promote the re-selling of value-add digital or physical end products created by the Licensee

  • Commission can be used as profile pictures, banners, wallpapers, or printed for personal display.
     

  • Commission can be posted on social media with proper credit and a link to my account.
